Open to people without a CV
No prior experience is needed and we train new joiners. What matters is clear speech, patience and turning up.
We run customer outreach and tele-calling teams. This page explains the work plainly, and the rules everyone on those teams works under.
Organisations come to us when they need people to talk to their prospective customers properly — not a recorded message, and not a script read at speed. We build and manage the teams that make those calls.
A member of our team is given a list of leads. They call each one, introduce themselves, explain what they have been briefed to explain, answer questions honestly, and follow up with the people who want to hear more. Every call gets an outcome logged against it.
That is the entire job. There is nothing to buy, nothing to sell to your friends and family, and no second scheme sitting behind the first one.
Remote work in India is full of offers that ask for a deposit, promise a fixed income, and go quiet when it's time to pay. We started because there was room to do this straightforwardly.
No prior experience is needed and we train new joiners. What matters is clear speech, patience and turning up.
Fixed daytime hours, six days a week, done from home. You know your schedule a week in advance, every week.
Incentives are tied to verified work at a rate you were told beforehand — and you can check the figures yourself at any time.
Every member has a named Team Leader and a way to escalate above them. Nobody is left to work things out alone.
Rates, hours, attendance and performance are all stated upfront and visible in the portal. If we change something, we say so.
Consistency gets noticed — on leaderboards, in monthly recognition and when Team Leader roles come up.
How our members speak to customers is the whole business. Courtesy and honesty aren't optional extras here.
These apply to associates and Team Leaders alike. They are short on purpose — so nobody can claim they didn't know.
Never ask a customer for money, and never accept it. Never give false or misleading information to get a result. This is the one rule with no second chance.
No abuse, no harassment, no pressure tactics — with customers or with teammates. If someone asks not to be called again, note it and move on.
There is no fixed salary. Incentives are paid on verified work, at rates you are told before you start, and you can see your own numbers at any time.
Lead information is for the outreach you've been assigned and nothing else. It is never copied, shared or sold, and access ends when your role does.
Mark attendance daily inside the window and keep to the hours you agreed. Life happens — just tell your Team Leader in advance rather than going quiet.
Nobody is removed without a written reason. You are told what the concern is and given a chance to respond, and the review is done by someone who was not part of the original decision.
Start with your Team Leader — most things are settled there. If it isn't resolved, or the problem is with your Team Leader, there is a documented route above them, and every member is shown how to use it when they join.
