FAQ

Questions, answered straight

If something here isn't clear, ask us before you join rather than after — we answer honestly, even when the answer is no.

Is there a fixed salary?

No. There is no fixed salary and we don't promise one. Earnings are performance-based incentives paid on verified work, so what you earn depends on what you do in a given month.

Do I have to pay anything, or sell anything?

No to both. There is no joining fee, no deposit and no kit to buy — and there is nothing you have to sell to friends or family. Nobody at Milestone Wala is permitted to ask you for money at any point. If someone does, report it to us straight away.

What does the work actually involve?

Customer outreach and tele-calling. You are given a list of leads, you call them, explain what you've been briefed to explain, answer questions, follow up where it's wanted, and log the outcome.

What are the working hours?

Hours are flexible. You agree your shift with your Team Leader — around 6 hours a day is typical — and it can be changed later if your circumstances change. The fixed part is attendance: it opens at midnight for that day and closes at 10:00 AM.

How often am I paid?

You choose — weekly or monthly. The timing of your withdrawal is up to you; the amount is whatever your verified work came to for that period.

Is there any training?

Yes. New joiners go through a short training programme — usually three to four days — covering the process, the portal and how to handle a call, before taking live ones.

How are incentives calculated?

You are told the rate that applies to your work before you start, and your progress updates in the team portal as you go. You and your Team Leader see the same numbers.

Which day is the weekly off?

Sunday by default, and it can be changed if a different day suits you and your team better. Just agree it with your Team Leader in advance.

Do I need experience to start?

No prior experience is required and we train new joiners. What you do need is clear speech, patience on the phone and the willingness to show up consistently.

What equipment do I need?

A working smartphone and a stable internet connection are enough. A laptop or computer is not required, and there is no equipment you have to buy.

Is this part-time or full-time?

Either. Because the hours are agreed with your Team Leader, people work this alongside studies, family or other commitments as well as full-time.

Is the work remote?

Yes. The role is worked remotely and everything you need — attendance, leads and performance — is in the team portal.

Where is the company located?

We operate remotely — work from anywhere. There is no office to travel to and no relocation involved; the whole operation runs through the team portal.

What documents do you ask for?

Only what onboarding and incentive payouts genuinely require. We tell you what each document is used for, and we don't use it for anything else.

How does growth work?

The path is Associate → Team Leader. Moving up is based on consistency, quality of work, conduct and the ability to support others. Time served on its own does not earn a promotion.

How is good work recognised?

Performance is visible on team leaderboards in the portal, and top performers are recognised each month. Consistent work is also what gets you considered for a Team Leader role.

What if I have a slow month?

A slow month affects your incentives, because incentives follow output. It is not by itself grounds for removal — your Team Leader will talk to you about what's getting in the way first.

Can I be removed from the team?

Yes, but never silently. You are given the reason in writing and a chance to respond before anything is final, and the review is handled by someone who was not part of the original decision. Taking money from a customer or giving deliberately false information is treated as serious misconduct.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

Speak to your Team Leader first — most things are settled there. If it isn't resolved, or the issue is with your Team Leader, there is a documented escalation route above them, and every member is told how to use it when they join.

What happens to customer data I work with?

It is used only for the outreach you have been assigned. It must never be copied, shared or sold, and your access ends when your role does.
